Do you ship across Canada or internationally?

At this time, we only serve customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). All orders must be picked up in person at one of our store locations. We WILL have Canada wide fully insured shipping coming very soon.

How will I know when my order is ready?

One of our team members will reach out to you by email or phone to let you know when your order is ready for verification and collection

How long does it take for my order to be ready?

A typical order of secondary market products takes one to two business days to be ready for collection at your chosen store. New products purchased from the Mints can take up to two weeks.

Why do I have to wait for my products?

Because we have multiple locations, we cannot keep all the stock available at all our stores simultaneously. Once we receive your order online or in-store, we will prepare your order immediately, and have it ready for verification and collection at your chosen location.

Which stores can I pick up my order from?

During checkout, you'll be able to select from our three store locations in the Greater Toronto Area. All stores carry the same inventory, so you can choose whichever location is most convenient for you:

• North York: 3200 Dufferin Street, Suite 19B, North York, ON M6A 3B2

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfers (Interac), cash, debit cards (with limits), wire transfers, and bank transfers for TD customers. Payment requirements depend on your order total:

• $100-$500: Full payment required upfront via e-transfer
• $500.01-$999.99: $500 deposit required, balance on delivery
• $1,000+: $500 deposit required, balance on delivery

How can I pay the outstanding balance when I collect my metals?

For orders under $999.99, you can pay the balance using cash, additional e-transfers or debit card (with transaction limits). For orders $1,000+, balance can be paid via cash, wire transfer, or bank transfer (TD customers only).

Can my order be cancelled by 401Gold?

401Gold Inc DBA Troy.ca reserves the right to cancel any order at any time at any time for any reason If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and you will receive a full refund for any monies paid within one (1 business day) For any questions, contact us at support@troy.ca.

Why don't you accept credit cards?

We want to protect your anonymity by not allowing any credit card companies knowing that you're buying precious metals, as we now believe that they are sharing this data with other entities.
